1.) Why can't I log-in?
Case 1: Password forgotten, see next point "How can I generate a new password?".
Case 2: You are using another email address than the one you normally use with Fincallorca. Please note that you can access the LOGIN AREA only with the email address you have provided.
Case 3: If you have already checked your email address and password and still does not work then send us an email to email@example.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.
2.) How can I generate a new password?
1. Access your calendar: https://login.fincallorca.de
2. Password: you can choose a password at: "Forgot password?"
3. Reset password: please enter the email address that Fincallorca has sent you and click on "Reset password".
4. Please click on the link that was sent to you via email.
5. Please generate your new password and retype it in "Repeat new password"
